A total of 138 apartments are currently being constructed within two nine level towers, forming an H-shaped podium-style building, with the ground floor offering 1100 sq m of commercial space for cafes or deli in mind.

Stratum along with Architecture + recognised that the use of quality construction materials leads to a quality finished product. As part of this, Rondo Steel Stud has been used to form all interior partitions. Rondo Quiet Stud has been extensively used to provide a peaceful quality interior environment for all future tenants.
